Quality is “good” at best

Overall (3.5/5), the superb quality of the visual, audio, and design of this tv (in my mind) overshadow the flaws that are found in the interface

The sound quality is not very good, but it's not worse than any other flat screen TV

Software is poor quality trying to download apps through google store tough if not impossible at times sony has a problem here

It didn't help, so they asked me to submit examples of the poor quality and gave me a format with which to do it.

Fine hardware, good picture quality, severely let down by Android TV or more specifically its app launcher

Excellent design, excellent quality

And we find the sound quality to be good (we are not using any sound add-on's).We are Apple people, so have no comments on the ease of controlling the set with an Android phone.

Obviously the slim shape of today's televisions leaves the audio lacking so a sound bar addition is important to enhance the sound quality.

This TV uses an IPS panel, not VA, and as a result, the blacks are really not as good as on the older version

Great size for a rec room or wall mount where a larger TV won"t fit
