You basically feel like you cut circulation to use this thing, my entire run this felt rather uncomfortable, i had to put it on my forearm (no way this would fit around my bicep)

I am not very muscular, but the strap barely was able to grasp the Velcro and almost felt like it was cutting off circulation.
