I've owned this product since the IPhone 7 was released and could no longer use the direct aux jack, for the first several months this product worked as advertised and I was very happy with it and even regretted not purchasing it earlier but the last few weeks it's been skipping, dropping connection, and taking multiple times trying to get the dang thing to even pair it would finally connect just to go in and out every minute or two.... complete pain in the butt!

It works great for phone calls, as well as for streaming music

This alone makes it feel and work as if it was a standard feature on the vehicle, instead of an electronic add-on

I've had other Bluetooth devices in home stereo and portable devices and usually the sound is not has good as with a wire in device

When using the phone, the microphone audio when I talk is understood but not as good as when using the phone directly
