Also I dropped it from 5 inches and the corner cracked a lil bit.

Bent it SLIGHTLY to get the phone out and the case cracked on the back a bit...

I had originally thought I'd upscale things a bit with a black Apple leather case, but the Apple Store was out of stock

its damage/slightly cracked the plastic a bit

The case is not badly scratched up, either, it has just a bit of blemish on the corner from drop impact.

Doesn't slide counters at all, but a bit hard to slide out of a pocket.

The grip is perfect as I play a good amount of games, especially on my commute in on the subway, as other cases I've tried may look good, but are a bit too slick in feel, and the fact that it is fairly lightweight is a bonus

I got it for my wife, who can be a bit rough on her phones
