The buttons are nice and easy to press and it has a great look to it
This caused me to only be able to change the vibrate/loud button with my pinky nail and some aftermarket chargers won't plug in fully to the charging port
works perfectly, good gripping, buttons smooth as silk!
But the "metalized buttons" are very loose, and almost rattle around.
The Mute / Vibrate button is slightly more difficult to reach on the Neo than the Ultra

You gotta install the rubber case on it first, and then secure it with the metal outline that protects the edges
Its not as great as you think.
This is a good thing for people who often switch between cases (I use an extended battery case sometimes for when I, you know, need extended battery) since the metal doesn't rub/scratch against the body of the phone
The buttons are as fluid and smooth as if you are pressing the buttons of your actual phone.

It was fine for a while, but after another two months the other prong of the case (going around the vibrate switch) broke, making the hard plastic fall off
The first one was around the charging port which I accepted, then 3 days after the area covering the vibrate switch broke in half
Its not as great as you think.
One time I did get drunk one night and woke up the next morning and the buttons were missing off the side, still unclear as to how that happened.
I've had multiple Spigen cases and this is the first where the thin pieces of the outer bumper around lightening connector and the mute switch broke within the first week

Also, the plastic around the power jack is sharp and irritates the hand when holding the phone in one hand and supporting the bottom of the phone with your pinkyGreat looking case but weak point make this case a poor value.
The rubber ridge comes just enough past the face of the phone that I think it would protect from a screen impact if dropped, which the whole point of a case is to protect the screen from cracking, so that's good
I do enjoy the sturdy build, slimness, price point of this product
A drop will likely break the bumper at one of those weak points
