They have a black, shock absorbing encasement, but you can pick a colored hard layer to add a little style to your phone.

The color is sharp, the case feels well in your hand, it looks and feels like it is of quality and it does have a little slide to it when on its back while on your desk or in your vehicles armrest

Case is fine, i'm generally happy with it, but if you are looking for a solid kickstand, this one is a bit weak, if thats a key feature, look elsewhere.

The case provides a more secure "grip" to the phone and it has protected the phone perfectly in couple of drops.

I like that this case has a secure grip on my phone and it doesn't make it heavy or clunky.

If you don't have a decent grip it's probably better to look into a full rubber case

However if you are holding your phone with a good grip I highly doubt it will slip out of your hand

It adds the depth needed to keep the camera receded so it doesn't hit the ground on impact, but it also gives the phone a smoother feel and makes it feel slimmer than it is (the only downside being you do lose a little grip, but not much)

I had another samsung case that was better color, had a kick-stand that was much, much better quality.

Sound quality still is good with the case on, snug fit-- dropped it plenty and no issues

I've purchased other cases around the $15 standpoint that have pretty trashy quality especially compared to this one, which is a steal for being under $20.

So, as previously stated, unless you drop your phone's face RIGHT onto a rock, this case does the job very well for a great price

I am a long time trident case user and decided to try spigen because the styling of this case looks good, however the one important thing to me is the protruding volume and power buttons and I overlooked that feature for this slim armor case

After thats on, i just snap the plastic on and its good to go

The flip-out stand on the back is just a really flimsy plastic

Also, prior to the kickstand breaking, it would get stuck in the closed positioning, requiring nail breaking attempts at getting it open
