This is a nice sturdy desk.

Other than the lifting thing, it's a nice desk.

I went though months of physical therapy because of a crappy desk setup at work that caused a ton of neck pain

This is a really great desk for someone looking to be able to stand and sit on and off throughout the day

The desk itself is a little hard to move up, it's pretty heavy and when putting it down you have to be ready to steady it because otherwise it will slam down

Unlike some of the more expensive standing desk, once you release the lever to raise it, you have to use your own strength to lift it, and if you have monitors etc... on top, it can be rather heavy.
