A SUPERIOR PRODUCT!!!

This product is good but for some reason the charging cable messed up real

It's not enough of a flaw to knock off a star from what is otherwise an exceptional product.

This may be able to be adjust with one of their programs from the website but overall an outstanding products, Steelseries nailed it.

I thought I had a defective product, but in fact... it's just that these features ONLY work on PC.The Pro's - VERY light and AMAZINGLY comfortable (Arguably the most comfortable headset I've used...and that list includes Astro A40/A50, Turtle Beach Elite 800, Turtle Beach Elite Pro and Sony Gold)

I'll be returning these as well, pretty much a useless product if I can't even wear them comfortably.

I first used this product and it worked great for a couple months, but then i tried to apply a firmware update and it bricked the headphone completely

dont waste your money.articus pro as a company pumps out inferior products for a high price.

It is impossible to get to fit perfectly, the device has connectivity issues at all times, and most importantly I've had this product for two months and it refuses to connect to my PC

I have gone YEARS loving SteelSeries but the products I've used in the last 6-12 months have been absolutely abysmal and I cannot recommend their products to anyone anymore.

It just feels like a quality well-made product.

These feel great, are built well, and are overall a good product, HOWEVER, considering that these are headphones and the primary purpose of headphones is to produce audio, these are one of the worst sounding headphones I've ever heard in my life, and I'm including $6 cell phone sets readily available here on Amazon

I cannot recommend products by companies that won't do right by their customers.

The product itself was very good, however the transmitter was destroyed and they do not sell replacements so it is essentially useless

Great product, battery lasts for days between charges, crystal clear sound, everyone says mic sounds great

This happens to me three or four times a day, Contact SteelSeries customer support, discuss about the problem over an hour and cannot solve it, had to refund the product

If you're only planning on using it with a PC, this is absolutely the highest quality and most comfortable headset you can buy for under $200.Oh, and this product is incredible if you've got a gaming Laptop.

At 150 dollars my old Man O' War headset blows this out of the water
