    • Not only is this product a chinese ripoff, but the way it's delivered is in a plastic sleeve, no protection whatsoever to the mousepad itself
    • If I cannot manage to flatten it out I will be lowering it to a 1 star and asking for a refund as I feel the product is not usable in its current state.
