Broken plants, poorly packed

Fuzzy packaging is difficult to get out of the leaves/petals

Mine were firmly packed, and knowing how sensitive succulent leaves can be, I gently unpacked this with no issue.

Half of them died so with this new batch I watered more frequently and they are all doing great!

When I removed the cotton on the plants it damaged half of them

I’m still going to make the best of it and try to revive this little half-dead monolith I was sent, but honestly, I wish I’d picked up some plants at a local hardware chain-store instead

A couple died within the first month, and the rest died soon after that.

A couple have some cosmetic damage but nothing that can’t be fixed

and since one of mine didn't take root and died I've an odd one out (looking to buy an replacement to balance it out

succulents were dry and no dirt surrounding the roots, they can be saved though, but I would have thought they would have at least been a little moist so as to keep the roots nourished
