succulents were dry and no dirt surrounding the roots, they can be saved though, but I would have thought they would have at least been a little moist so as to keep the roots nourished

Plants broken up, barely rooted or not rooted at all.

The plants not only arrived dry the roots were dead and crispy

and since one of mine didn't take root and died I've an odd one out (looking to buy an replacement to balance it out
