While there is a weight limit on who can effectively use it, it is wonderful for walking and slow running.

If you are, buy yourself an extra scale and put a label on it saying 'Sunny Health treadmill Safety Weight Watch Scale" use it before you hop on the treadmill because the closer you approach the max weight limit of the treadmill the worse the treadmill will function, as the belt will slide underneath your feet (as in, it will go the opposite direction of the direction you are running, which might unsettle you)
