Over the years I've used several arm bands for running and it was always difficult to tighten them enough (small arms I guess) and then they always ripped
The armband is soft material that does not hurt my arm.
This armband fits comfortably and does not pinch my arm while I'm running.
As an avid runner I am always looking for some way to carry my phone, this is a great arm band and holds my phone and key while I run or walk.

The velcro is strong enough to have the phone in upside down.
The Velcro is quite strong, so I don't worry about it popping off
The velcro sticks well and the backing keeps it from sliding around on my arm as I run

Nope me either, all I was interested in was one that securely held my phone with a strong solid strap that would resist sweat and prevent it from coming loose
