    Synology 2 Bay NAS DiskStation DS218+ (Diskless)

    • Can't even get a basic question answered and there is no reasonable way to contact Synology support
    • I've had some drive failures, and a few issues that I couldn't figure out myself, and Synology support was also helpful in those cases.
