After 5 hard resets and restarts it will not connect.

Hard resets did nothing to make it any better, in fact the SRM started screwing up more.

I had to contact tech support and after doing a hard reset of the router I was able to access the internet.

Once I got it going, it took about 7 tries and 5 hard resets, it works great.
