I also use static DHCP reservations for all house devices, so this was an easy setup too (it lets you just add devices/MAC addresses from DHCP client list, and then you can adjust IP's and names if needed)

The original setup of the device was not as easy as I would have liked as it keep defaulting to PPoe (pppoe) set up instead of Auto which is what I used.
