Worked OK in DC, but almost nonexistent coverage in Lincoln Nebraska - seems that others knew this (like the people at Verizon where we bought a sim card that worked in Lincoln for about the same price, and I bet it works in DC too) - so buyer beware of coverage issues.

The sim I got was defective

The SIM was very easy to install, and it worked like a charm and allowed me to take advantage of a great phone rate plan from T-Mobile!

The sim adapter turn out to be useful later on since it worked with any T-mobile sim card.

Everything that you need is included, such as different sizes so that the SIM will fit your phone and easy to follow instructions

It's just a sim card that you break out to the appropriate size you need, much like sim cards that are sold for much less on e-bay

Note: when I installed SIM in Pisector console, I made sure I turned off both ac power and battery backup else SIM may be damaged

However, the second one I got must have been a bad SIM card
