Had intermittent connection issues that were mostly just annoying, until it hit the 90 day mark, then just died

Update: I reached out to customer service regarding the issue that I have & they sent me a replacement item

9/13/17So I have been using this and there is another annoying issue that has surfaced

The only issue I have is a lag so the voice and lip movements are not in sync.

I use it in rx mode to stream music from my iPhone 7 to my powered speaker vis the TA0-BA08.The problem, and it is a big one, is that the unit beeps loud every ten seconds when the iPhone goes out of range, for example when I leave the house so everyone else that stays in the house will hear a loud beep every ten seconds unless they get up and walk to the unit and turn it off; another issue is when the connection is broken (i.e. leaving the house), I have to turn off and on the TAO-BA0 again to reconnect, it will not do it automatically and that is a pain
