Another issue I face was that the device became very noisy with lots of hissing sound while charging and using at the same time

I have to turn it off and on as well as my sound bar

The sound became choppy, disconnected randomly on both headphones and there was also a series of "pops" and other annoying noises that just makes you want to go back to the speaker on the TV.If you just want to use it for a single headphone, fine, more than one, and you will be disappointed

It's not that the sound is not loud enough, but the dialog seems to get lost in the ceiling while the background music seems overly loud.

Also tested the 3.5mm cable by plugging it directly into my phone and the sound was fine, so it can't be the cable

Listening to a song on my phone direct to my headphones has clear bass and treble, where as through this the music sounds like it's being played through a glass tube (For specs; Headphones: Sennheiser HD 4.40 and PXC-550; Phone: Google Pixel XL)

It is mainly used in transmit mode to a blue tooth headset and it connected easily and the sound is great and no different than if a wire connected headset was used
