My tv is not a smart, is an old tv and was really hard to try and make it work

I Love this Bluetooth device it paired easy to my headphones and I am able to watch my movies in my room on my 55 inch smart tv with out bothering the rest of the house so the can all relax in

I use the optical port to send signals from a Samsung smart tv to a Bose bluetooth receiver plugged into an old Kenwood receiver

I had to turn up my TV volume very loud in order to hear the voices on my programs, but when the music started playing on the programs, the TV was super loud

I have it on one of my TVs so, along with the wireless headphones (same brand), my hard of hearing husband can watch TV and have the volume where he wants it

I thought we could use these with the TT-BA09 Bluetooth transmitter for listening to our Samsung smart TV

This was exactly what I needed, as my new TV did not have Bluetooth built in, and I like to use headphones to play games, so I do not disturb others.

I bought this to use with my LG Smart Tv because I was trying to pair/connect a BOSE quiet comfort wireless headset to the tv

So I fiddled with this awhile connecting to LG Smart TV

I have a five year old LG smart TV which has one optical out port on the back

I got these to enable Bluetooth audio on my Sony 2015 TV since, inexplicably, the TV supports Bluetooth but not Bluetooth audio

" Smart tv (UN32J5205AFXZA) make sure you switch the tv sound and speaker setting to AUDIO OUTPUT (NOT "TV Speaker") and make sure additional setting Audio Format to "PCM".

Works great for pairing Bluetooth headset to older Samsung Smart TV.

The only down side is when watching TV the audio is delayed less than 1/2 a second.

I like my tv, but the speakers on it aren't so great

(this is why I bought this device -- it is aptx-LL, and it has an optical input, and my TV has adjustable delay settings on the optical audio output).

I use this in my shop where I play the TV to keep me company while I work

My Bose headsets took 20 minutes to pair and a lot of tries later I could get it to work off my Samsung tv

No lag in sound on my LG smart TV.

The optical connection does not work and I do not know if the problem is the TV (a 54 inch Vizio) or the transmitter.

If you have a Samsung Smart tv change your setting from Dolby Digital to PMC.
