Because it ends in 3.5mm, it's easy to stuff in your pocket, as opposed to some non-detachable cables that end in 6.35mm
-
The con's*The cable is fragile
-
Also I wish the cable was replaceable because the headphone jack is already half-broken after just a few days in my pocket.
-
I suspect there was an issue with the internal wiring, as I could get some frequencies (albeit garbled), but vocal frequencies were utterly absent from the track unless I twisted the cable near the plug, holding it at an odd angle.
-
But other than that, the headphones feel sturdy, the cable looks durable, and it does a fantastic job at blocking out all sounds around me, sometimes I have to even mute my music just to hear someone talking right next to me!
-
Great value, decent comfort, long cable
-
but the cable is nice and long, and holy crap are they comfy.
-
Great value, decent comfort, long cable
-
Many people criticize the long 9.8 foot cable, but it's not a huge deal in my opinion
-
The cable looks fine, I don't know why it was already damaged
-
Worth the price, just be careful not to jerk the cable around too much.
-
A literally ten-foot-long cable that you have to stuff into your pocket into order to not trip over is NOT portable in the slightest
-
Nice long cable
-
Also, the cable is super long which can get in the way at times, but worth it for the added mobility.
-
They are lightweight, have a generous cable length and are clear without coloring the sound
-
Great sound, long cable, connection is suitable for my Williams electric piano (Allegro2)
-
Plastic feels cheap, but durable, cable is questionable
-
Another feature seen on more expensive headphones is a replaceable cable
-
I crushed the cable of my beloved Grado SR60i phones in the armrest of my chair, making them functionless
-
Cable is not detachable
-
They have a nice long cable.
-
They sounded great until I broke them by trying to mod a detachable cable, I only heard sound through the left ear even though my connections were perfect
-
I have now used these headphones on a couple of shoots and I noticed that these headphones (or more specifically, the long unshielded cable) induce a noise in my recordings.
-
I really like the long flat cable and the build quality is above expectations for the price.
-
Good length cable, comfortable bridge
-
They look nice, have a very long cable, perfect for studio use but terrible for mobile use

The TASCAM TH02-B Closed-Back Stylish Headphone, Black seem to have gained a lot of fans, but I don't see why.
