The screen quality it great, very easy to install

I burned the screen on the TV before and this a good replacement.

I am with the physical tv hardware, it's a good screen and size for a low price

This is more of an issue with Amazon, and maybe just note that the screens on these are not durable at all.

Imagine my surprise when I opened the box, set the tv up & saw a warped screen

so I accidentally knocked it over on the table and shattered the screen just days after the return window

Super easy set up, light weight and great screen

I bought a new one but traveling overseas the screen got messed up, I just changed the screen for a new one but the image is so low resolution, anyone can help to fix it, also shows the low images half of the screen

We received the “christmas gift”, and the screen was totally smashed, amazon Did handle that nicely and sent a replacement

Had to send the first one back on arrival as the screen was shattered during transit, but Amazon got a replacement shipped next day and it arrived sooner than expected and intact.

The screen was cracked and will have to return.

Didn’t fall didn’t move anything, screen just went bad.

The Good: screen size, okay picture quality and it works enough for the price I paid

As a computer monitor it is great, more screen than I thought it would be

This is a very capable flat screen TV but I am feeling a little underwhelmed

Unfortunately the screen was damaged when we set it up

This makes up for the fact that my cat knocked my last (less than a year old) TV in the floor and broke the screen!

Product worked for 15 minutes then the screen went black and did not work, TCL wanted to warranty

They didn’t have plastic wrap over the screen for transportation only on the edges so the screen got a ding

9 months after we purchased, the screen died and we have been on the phone with customer servoce all day.

The TV is bigger than I expected, has a great screen view and nice sound.

The screen doesn't really glare, and it has a pretty good range of backlight brightness settings

Amazon seems to have the very best price on these terrific tv’s, and Prime shipped it here 2 days ahead of schedule!

However, there are features you can’t use like other smart tv’s.... such as Apple airplay

I love TCL tv’s

Speed is good too, I have seen slower TV’s so it makes me happy it works fast
