P.O.S.....Has lost connectivity numerous times

It’s slow, the remote delays and the tv disconnects from the internet all the time

Another important point to make is that the time to launch apps and change apps is not slow like it is on other sheap smart tvs

Had an easy time setting it up and seems to have a lot of apps and features

but if it hadn’t been a gift to my husband that he didn’t put up with enough time to see these flaws, I would have returned it

It freezes all the time or logs out to the Home Screen

till now —connectivity problems, same pixelation, and off & on back light blinking...will be calling their “tech support” again this time for replacement ....

Called tech support 5 different times no help

I love this tv and the next time I need a tv I will buy this same one with a larger screen.

Came broken the first time but easily replaced for free through amazon

Just received this tv 2 days ago and it has already froze multiple times when changing channels, turning up the volume, searching for something etc

After one year of using it started to freeze all the time.

The apps crash multiple times each time you try to stream anything, the remote is absolute garbage that doesn’t respond 85% of the time, it always says not connected to the internet when you turn it on and when trying to watch multiple episodes on Netflix, be prepared for it to crash after each one ends

every time they update it gets worse.

It freezes about 1-2 times a day when changing apps.

TV lasted for less than a year before it of all of sudden started to crash every time you put a show on or leave it on and half the time it likes to reset itself

The only issue I've found is sometimes it has lag time if you try to do stuff too fast on it

Sometimes when changing the volume the indicator doesn't even show on the screen it is having such a difficult time processing

Takes a little time to learn all of the features, but worth it.

Another thing I don’t like about the tv is slow response time

However, over time they have "upgraded" the software multiple times making the TV laggy and unresponsive

You have to click 10 times sometimes for the button to work

Every time they do software updates I can expect this tv will work worse every time, for example, the tv slowing down with it responsive like channel surfing slows way down or the voice command doesn't want to respond or just stops in the middle of a program or movie or sports

n’t want the Chinese government to know my viewing habits...peace to everyone except TCL

n’t getting the top of the line with this

excellent product, and I am not easily satisfied.
