Mute works, but the only thing that seems to fix it is turning the TV off and then back on

A couple weeks later it started doing the same thing, except it froze on the startup screen and would not advance past it, even after several calls to TCL support

120fps support up to 1440p resolution, this TV should be pretty good for the Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 with exception of 4K 120fps support which that feature is a pure HDMI 2.1 thing

That all being said, your money will be well spent on this model and I cannot say enough good things about it.

I can see things well

It has all the capabilities to take advantage of the new console the only thing it will not do is 4K/120 but for a TV that cost you less then a grand I can live with that because it does everything else I need will still hit

They should just do the right thing and send me a new TV but bet that will never happen

The agent was very pleasant and understanding, however all things considered useless because after 5 different troubleshooting methods......NOTHING.CHANGED

I could list positive things like the ok to good color you get, if you are experienced at dialing in tvs, but just YouTube Quantum tv for the full multi part full review

You could wait till the reviewers and ratings guys get their hands on the TV for more in depth data, but I imagine them saying great things about how much value you're getting here.

This thing is very bright

Nevertheless, what I didn't know before getting this TV was that the best thing you could get from it was the visual upgrades when you watch contents in SDR

Also the motion is now not as great as I once thought it was because of fairly choppy panning shot and when motion interpolation is activated it produces too many nasty artifacts
