Love the shampoo, but when it was delivered the cap was busted and had leaked all through outer plastic bag

My only complaint this time is that some shampoo had leaked out of the bottle during shipping.

Caution though, my pump became loose in shipping and some of the shampoo had leaked out.

1st bottle came with cap NOT TIGHT & leaked all over BOX & lost 1/2 bottle of shampoo SO ORDERED A REPLACEMENT & that came today, 6-14- 21, this CAP WAS ALSO LOOSE & shampoo

The Amazon box smelled strongly of peppermint and herbs, and I opened the packaging to find that the shampoo had leaked a little in its wrapping, although I have yet to open it to shower with, I can only hope that the leak is a minor issue, and that the shampoo is fine

Like the product but all 3 bottles I purchased were leaking.

Not as good as the Paul Mitchell Teatree shampoo but not nearly the price either

like:the conditioner isn’t as moisturizing as I’d like for how well it strips oil off my hair, but a bi-weekly mask when I use my dandruff shampoo has fixed that issue and the conditioner does fine in between

The color is a little dull, which makes the aroma not as vivid as it should be, and usually it makes my hair absolutely weightless and like baby hair smooth
