If the poles are extended fully, I wouldn't recommend rolling it around with the small handle on the top shelf, as the cart becomes top heavy ... definitely don't wheel it that way with the computer on it

The next shelf holds the chart well and the bottom cubby hold a couple of books and anatomic models.

There are knobs on each side that must be loosened to readjust the top shelf and then re-tightened
