I am on my feet all day at work as a physical therapist with intermittent sitting during documentation

It is not as fun as sitting on the couch, but we are talking heart health so...

but I get bored sitting for a really long time, bored seeing the same scenery, and sometimes just feel stiff from sitting so long

FYI: This cart can function as a standing desk which are getting a lot of press based on how unhealthy sitting is.
