Emails to customer support were unanswered

But they did drop off new SIM cards at our hotel the next day (that worked the moment I dropped them in the phone) and gave us extra data for our trouble!

When I received this card, I followed the instructions to activate it, then for some reason I could only receive calls, but I could not make any calls, I contacted Telcel customer service and they told me that this card only has 20 pesos of balance and that is frozen for that reason I could not make calls, when I bought it supposedly it was charged for unlimited calls and sms service for 30 days, very upset, today I return it, I recommend NOT buying this item because it is a fraud.

All calls worked perfectly once I figured out the dialing rules (available on the SIM-card seller's website).

However, while it Cozumel, we received no connection with the cell carrier the entire week (only "emergency" listed as carrier on phone) despite trying multiple different settings (my travel phone is unlocked/GSM/dual SIM; has worked in many different countries with no problem using other SIM cards).
