AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon capable SIM cards for $1 is hard to beat

Nice thing about the TracFone BYOP kit is that once you have transferred your account to it, you can pop this sim into any unlocked phone and it will work, unlike the sim that comes in a phone that you buy directly from TracFone or a TracFone display in a store, which, for some unknown reason, is locked to that specific phone and cannot just be removed and placed in a new phone for use

Also, for those of you using TracFone service, you should, just in case you do not already know, contact TracFone cs to find out whose towers (AT&T, T Mobil, or Verizon) your phone uses so that you will be sure to use the correct sim in the kit

Make sure before you call to have the phone ID number written down from the inside of your handset, and have the SIM serial number handy too if needed

Works great, called up Tracfone and had my new Moto E connect in minutes using the Verizon compatible sim included with this kit.

I finally got the phone number transfered, but he could not get the minutes to transfer, I think because they never actually loaded on the 1st phone because he just said over and over "balance 0 minutes" no refunds, no service, I just lost the money

It was food for getting free shipping though since my other purchase was on the cusp

It is so much easier dealing with customer service people in the US instead of those in India just reading from a script when the script does not fit your situation.

I called tech support and was told I should NOT move my SIM from the old to the new phone.

It didn't workAfter 90 minutes with Tracfone Tech Support, the reason became clear

Didn't need tech support, but was available if I'd needed it

Tracfone tech support couldn't activate this card on my phone

These things work great and if you don't use a lot of data they are the best way to save big time on your smartphone..

Cost of SIM card was perfect, but because of the incompetence of the customer support folks for TracFone, I was unable to use it

Brought my new phone to TracFone, almost seamless, customer support finished it by transferring units from other phone.

It took 1.5 hours with their 'customer support' and about 9 different agents to determine that these cards are mislabeled and that I will be receiving what I ordered (which I wonder is really true...will find out)

It's a good product, comes with three different sized cards (standard, micro, and nano) for three different carriers, so basically nine different sd cards

But once you deactivate a SIM you can't reactivate it again (as with most carriers) so I like to keep one of these packs (which every time I've ordered cost me $2 with prime shipping) so that if I break my phone and I'm in a pinch to get back up and running, I have a spare SIM card ready for activation.

I hate trac phone have over 3000 min and 10 months of air time that cant be used

My smart phone wouldn't activate even though the internet said it was compatible and unlocked

I lost my phone and am now having to go another two days without while I wait for another sim card to come from tracfone
