Brought my new phone to TracFone, almost seamless, customer support finished it by transferring units from other phone.

Cost of SIM card was perfect, but because of the incompetence of the customer support folks for TracFone, I was unable to use it

It took 1.5 hours with their 'customer support' and about 9 different agents to determine that these cards are mislabeled and that I will be receiving what I ordered (which I wonder is really true...will find out)
