The second cord didn't work as it had a manufacturing defect

There are no issues with the second product I received and it works exactly as you'd expect, freeing your corded phones of tangle

The phone sounds the same with this attachment just as good as without it

Works—doesn’t twist cord

Works great as t for a few weeks then goes bad and crackles when on the phone

I have not had any issues with static (as I read in a different product’s review) and the detangler does what it’s supposed to: keep the cord from tangling
