When they rotate it causing them to crackle and lose connection

The connections go bad and you have to constantly fidget with it as the phone cuts in and out.

First ones made a static noise on the phone (I bought for the doctors office I worked at) and lost connection with patients

Sadly they loose connection when you are on the phone

They don’t make a great connection and the callers voice is in and out

This is great for preventing phone cord tangles, but unfortunately it also can cause interference when you are talking by cutting out the other person, maybe it is a loose connection, I tried both units and they both did the same thing.

One of the cords I received is working very well - clear connection, no static, and the size is as advertised

They installed easily and so fasr they are working without noisy connection.

the last one I ordered lost connection off and on ...so far this one is keeping the connection without breaking up!

As a phone cord detangler it worked very well but after about 3 months the connection with the phone becomes erratic so you need to replace it.

Unlike some cord detanglers we've bought at the big box office stores, these actually seem to keep a good phone line connection

and I'm not sure what I do when I answer my phone at work; however, the cord was all twisted up and couldn't get it totally untwisted ... so I got a new cord and I ordered this detangler - it works great - tight connection, it's been a few months and the cord isn't tangled and the connection is still tight and there is no static or noise on the phone.
