The calculator is in perfect condition, came with a cord to pluginto my computer to download addl applications for use fo math, and a cd of the manaul

The item arrived in good condition but when my daughter took it to school, her teacher and she noted that the plus and equal buttons were both broken.

Excellent condition for being used, this model even has a GraphLink connector to connect to a computer (in addition to the standard LinkCable input/output to connect to other calculators, which my older model only had).I gave 3 stars because the picture makes it seem like it comes with the LinkCable.
