The Hero or Menace system

While the hero/menace system is a good idea, it leaves a lot to be desired in execution

However, I thought I would hate the hero menace system but its actually pretty cool, but when you are a "menace" it can be a pain in the butt to get back to being a "hero" which can get really annoying

It didn't mesh as well as it could have and it took a while to get going
