your fighting a big enemy and a good weapon breaks
-
The weapons breaking constantly was an annoyance
-
I agree with others who say the thing about the weapons breaking.
-
Once a weapon breaks, it vanishes and you have to pick something else up
-
There are no dungeons, in order to get heart pieces you have to beat a shrine... weapons break, enemies in the beginning of the game can get one hit kills... whoever thought this was a good idea needs fired
-
Finally, I am not a big fan of weapon breaking
-
The Game is amazing, there are some annoying things the the fact that your weapons break and there are only 4 temples, but those who say this ruins the game are dead wrong
-
When I started out, I hated how fast the weapons break, but it turns out it was a genius move, as it makes it rewarding every time you find a powerful and/or cool weapon

Some things at first feel like they'd be better if they were a little different, but after some time offer a wonderful experience (raining messing up your climbing, weapons breaking, shield sliding seeming redundant with paragliding, wanting to abandon your horse as soon as there's a fun cliff to jump off of, combat is harder than previous Zelda games, etc.)
-
Now to touch more on the actual game and gameplay, while you may die frequently throughout the first 10 hours of the game, and you'll e frustrated with the frequency of your weapons breaking and being left to collect weaker weapons that break even more quickly, do not give up on this game
-
I've heard a lot of whining about the durability system, i.e. weapons and shields degrade and break as you use them
-
But still- if you find a really awesome weapon and it breaks (as they tend to do), there's no shop that will fix it, nor can you simply purchase a new one
-
The good news is that the game does have music at times; and each track they have that you hear in the game is amazing...just not nearly as plentiful as in other Zelda games
-
I tend not to heal as it means having to find more ingredients for healing items.
-
Thank you Nintendo for releasing this for the Wii U as well as for the Switch
-
This game rewards ingenuity and physics are represented very well (as well as you can in a video game at least).
-
Not a sharp as on the switch but still just as good.
