    • I use a daily planner but was still having a hard time accomplish my goals and tasks for the week
    • My main motivation for developing a "morning routine" was to be able to carve out some quiet "me time" before heading to work so that I wasn't feeling like I was just a zombie that woke up and went straight to the grind every day
