Final review: the product is great, the customer service was lacking.

Had the case for 2 weeks and the rubber already tore on a corner basically ruining the product.- Not a major con but the style of rubber is sticky and does make it difficult to pull from pockets

When laying the phone down, the camera bump won't allow it to lay flat

Yes, previous iPhones had a camera bump, but this seems to be more extreme than previous models.2

Whether on purpose of by luck, the thickness of this case is exactly equal to the depth of the camera bump

I can only assume that these people were accidentally shipped the 2017 case for the iPhone X which has a slightly different shape to the camera bump.

Mine broke about 3 months in but they have a 180 warranty, I sent them a picture and they are sending me a new case for free
