I plugged another cable into ports 2 and 3 to create a loop, and the pings all failed after that - 100% packet loss.

On those rare moments I can actually ping from my desk to my router, packet loss is 60-80%.

Now every device on the switch expereinces about 90% packet loss and afer a reboot it fixes the issue for about 2
