Worst customer service in the world!!!

This has to be the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life - and I've gone through TSA screening a few times.

This is EXTREMELY poor customer service.

The thee stars is because of the poor customer service.

Based on the purchase price, I expected good customer service.

I know is that in the US we have become accustomed to excellent customer service and at times like this i really miss that quality customer service.

So, 2 stars for a faulty product and terrible customer service.

TP-Link doesn't have great customer service, they just read prompts based on information you give them

I have a rule on buying ANY electronic device over $100, BUY the extended warranty!I researched the Knight Hawk products but was scared off by the reviews of the terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service

Had to reboot it 2 to 4 times every other day, had to deal with horrible customer service who always pretended to have never heard of the issues, the very weak 2.4ghz band, the horrible unstable 5ghz... wasted money on two Netgear extenders, Netgear sent me another X6 and was the same exact problem

It has an old tech look about it and is pretty big compared to the aforementioned cheaper router`s, but if you have burn money, then I would recommend this router.

Wireless transfers from PC to PC are excellent +100 MB/s, and same external drive to direct PC USB 2 gets
