I look into DHCP client list and discovered my Motto X android phone has 2 MAC addresses, and the correct MAC address should be 60-BE-B5-31-80-26 instead of 62-.....4 android-

So you will have to check the settings on each device to match them with the correct address or you can log on each device individually and then rename them for future use and easy recognition

ArcherC9 v1after reboot, I again tried the DHCP address reservation feature and it failed with same issues as above, so I decided not to use the DHCP reservation feature by removing all reservations and reboot the Archer C9 acting as the root (1st one) connected to the Comcast cable modem.

I use OOMA for phone, I have dedicated servers set up, I use mac-address static routing, etc

Their firmware is buggy on DHCP server, The workaround is, assign your device with static IP address, or factory reset the router by reload the firmware, soft reset the router won't solve the issue.

It can be configured by giving it a static IP address, turning off DHCP, and plugging the cable to the router into a LAN port instead of a the WAN port.

My 6 year old router recently started dropping WiFi connections even after changing channels numerous times and setting up individual static IP addresses for all my devices

but I would never know it, since there has been no communication since receiving an RMA number and shipping address

The work around is, setup device with static IP address, then it works
