My two cents: Some folks may think they need even higher bandwidth capability or otherwise are seduced by high-priced units, but a unit like this one or other 1900's will stream several devices simultaneously at top speeds if you have a fast ISP

Have had several connectivity problems that required a visit from ISP tech, who isolated it to a loose connection in the box outside the house

The setup ISP was incorrect.

I blamed my ISP but upon switching to to the TP-Link AC1900 I haven't had a single issue

Also our ISP (not ATT) is relatively stable which also helps.
