I used to use Netgear routers and I loved them for so long and from everything I've read online as well as reviews none of the Netgear routers work very well anymore and their tech support sucks

When I questioned the validity of that statement, my chat tech support session just went unanswered until I disconnected.

Tech support told me I had to configure the modem to 'throw' log info to router.

Set up was a bit of a pain with little help from tech support
