Between reboots it works great, but it should be able to go for longer than a week before loosing signal.

The router will either lose Wifi signal while Ethernet connection works fine or the Ethernet connection losing connection while Wifi works fine

That's not customer support, it's apathetic marketing at its worst!I wish it worked, I could use the stronger signal and the improvement in speeds.

Not sure about the MIMO, but signal is excellent.

Works really good if 10 feet or closer; however, 30 feet away with a wall between, the signal cannot be detected
