so well I had to purchase a simple Belkin router that is working great for my LAN.I now need to use this expensive modem in bridge mode and can't even get that working

I bought 2 routers one works fine the other "died" in a month.

Works fine second one first one has been working for over a year and is still up and running.

But it does work very well

If you need a basic modem router and do not want to any port forwarding settings then this modem works well enough; however, even browsing to port forwarding in the Web interface and the modem freezes and e quirks a reboot.

there seems to be a certain "golden" distance where a cable that hooked from outside to your apartment to your modem.. it gives certain frequency and if it goes above or below it, you will get "interruptions", connection falling off for no reason.the product works well, its so easy to connect my devices with one click of a button.

I pretty much followed the directions, and everything seemed to be working fine...until I got to the activate step

Well they sent me a new one that has worked great, but now right after Amazons return expired the wifi portion on the router doesn't work half the time

The tp link ac1750 working very well and improved my cover area 1300

TP-Link is shipping out modems with known bugs in the firmware and they want to charge me extra to exchange it in a timely fashion?The modem works great other than the issues mentioned above and if you don't need port forwarding then this will probably work fine for you

This works well with my high speed internet

Amazon refund worked perfectly fine.
