Had a severe dead zone in my house that instantly went live one I installed this item

Works great—used as an extender for a detached shop—TPlink app says it should be moved closer to the main router, but the TPlink app seems full of it as it extends WiFi to a previous dead zone with no apparent degradation of the network just fine.

Make sure your extender is located close to your router to pick up the signal and extend it to “dead zones” throughout your house.
