There are many advanced options available, most of which they typical home user does not need.

It has a nice option to block keywords in URL's for specific computers, but it identifies the computers by IP address instead of MAC address.

Understand that since there are no wireless options available on it, you will need to turn your existing router into a Wireless Access Point and plug it into one of the 4 ports on the TP-Link.
