I like others was excited to get this router, only to have connectivity issues off and on

I went to the customer support and it said Samsung S10 were causing connectivity issues and there was a firmware upgrade to fit it

But it does have connectivity issues where the SSID is visible to devices but they cannot connect to the router

I had previously Netgear and I ran into many connectivity issues within the 1st week
