I have erased my hard drive and to it up to Mac Journal format
-
The USB that suppose to provides storage through the network using a hard drive/flash drive increase the temperature of the port and block it
-
Could be an issue with power at the USB ports, not sure, but the drives I tried all worked fine with my laptop
-
When there is a USB 3 xternal hard drive, it can only have the speed of 300 to 400Mbps on file transfer.
-
i made more research on the internet and found out the correct way to format the hard drive to make able to sync with MacOS.Openvpn and DDNS:this was the second
-
I also have a 4gb attached to the router via the usb port and it is just as fast as the other external drives I currently have
-
I also kept TP-Link as I like the feature to plug in a hard drive to the usb and have it shared across the network with access to all computers
-
Second, for some reason this unit was really squirrelly when I tried to attach USB hard drives - they would show up in the router interface just fine, would mount on my MacBook Pro, but then would hang when I tried to actually read or write data
-
woe be to you if your tv refuses to connect...there u r, paying for netfliks or watever...but password u enter, the router insists is wrong
-
The interface was very user-friendly I like that tp-link offer cloud remote

I told him don’t bother I already packed it back up for return
