    • Then a shift change happens at the tech support group and I get a new tech who says unplug the Ethernet cable and plug it directly into your computer's Ethernet port, which I do and suddenly my desktop is screaming on the internet at 700Mbs down and up (tested)

    • So now I need to decide, do I call tech support for another 4 days of poor service and the run around or do try to get a full refund from Amazon and find another router.

    • After the second attempt to fix the problem with tech support they agreed to replace the unit.
    • I will call their tech support to see if they recommend any specific configs for the device although disabling technologies is and will not be an answer to my solution

    • woe be to you if your tv refuses to connect...there u r, paying for netfliks or watever...but password u enter, the router insists is wrong
