    • My only complaint is it just overwrites files, so previous copies are not available unless you save them under a different file name.

    • In conclusion, it is a bad idea to use this as a permanently plugged-in storage device, because every time you close the lid on your MacBook it could corrupt any files you have open
    • I keep files on this drive that are more important than the stuff I keep in the cloud "just in case", but less critical than the operating system level stuff on the SSD
    • Windows cannot view HFS+, OS X had issues with NTFS so this is a great file format for both operating systems
